Dear Sandip Vyas

This note comes with a massive amount of gratitude and a touch of sadness as I bid so-long to my most amazing Physical Therapist–Gage Hartman.

My first meeting with Gage was quite pleasant, and we connected with a comfortable medical background, as I had been a registered nurse. I quickly realized that these sessions would not be taken lightly as Gage meant business!

Twice weekly and an early 8 a.m. time slot was decided upon. Over the course of the 30 or so sessions both therapist & patient were punctual and present; with only two sessions being missed due to my cataract surgery f

My doctor, Dr Ming Song had recommended in-home therapy, and that is how Functional Therapy and Rehab
became part of my life. Even though I was reluctant to do more, PT, I agreed solely due to the fact that it was in-home. Previously the many times I engaged in PT. It was usually at the Milton Hospital. I was tired upon arrival, and then I was one of many in a large room with three or four PTs. Mine always seem to set me up with instructions to do X amount of a certain exercise and then proceed to help another patient or even seem to take a break. I often left very frustrated.

This time ,with Gage and FTR, things were quite different. Gage would arrive with a specific plan each day as he carried in his table. He would encourage and gently insist on my doing each and every exercise , Even the ones I tried to avoid – like the balance pillow 🙂

Over the course of our time together, I have felt my strength improve considerably, and will make every effort to safeguard our progress with continuing practice on my own.

And yes, I am sad that my time with Gage has taken its final bow -for now.
I have never had a therapist, who so thoroughly checked all the boxes.
In my estimation, Gage Hartman is the total package! !

He presents in the most professional manner both physically and in his demeanor.
He is extremely knowledgeable.
He listens as if he truly cares.
He’s able to answer all related questions and converse with interest, awareness, and humor.
He speaks with sincere therapist /client respect.

As I conclude my note, I will end by simply saying -Thank you, Gage and thank you, FTR!!

I just wanted you to know that the physical therapy treatment I received from Mike for my torn rotator cuff and my broken collar bone was outstanding. To this day, I never thought my torn rotator cuff could be healed by physical therapy. Mike works very hard at his profession, and his personality is perfect for this. I just finished my course of Physical Therapy with Mike Fiore and I wanted to let his managers know how pleased I am. Mike is a really nice guy but also extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to heal it. Also, while I found Mike patient and friendly, I really appreciated his challenging me to improve, and to get as much as possible out of our sessions together.

I had never had PT before this experience and didn’t know what to expect. Thanks to Mike I found PT both rewarding and enjoyable, and am grateful for all the progress Mike helped me make.
